Andrew Kragness

CEO / Principal

Andrew Kragness leads Sixth Eye in redefining the future of project execution within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. A recognized expert in façade design and constructability, he has pioneered the use of mass customization and computational design to deliver some of the most geometrically complex projects in North America. His leadership is dedicated to transforming traditional practices by embracing emerging technologies and creating seamless exchanges between digital vision and physical realization.

Andrew brings technical mastery and strategic foresight, guiding teams and clients through the challenges of digital transformation. He draws on a multifaceted background spanning film, robotics, parametrics, design, architecture, engineering, and construction to cultivate high-performing, cross-functional teams. His approach ensures clients not only expand their capabilities but also strengthen their competitive edge through innovation, collaboration, and practical execution.

Andrew holds a Master of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). He is regarded as a trusted advisor to leading organizations and an influential voice in the advancement of computational methods in the AEC industry, grounding his leadership in both visionary insight and proven industry expertise.

    Director of Special Projects

    Gillian Chang specializes in bridging design and construction, driven by a deep passion for complex geometry and automation to bring uniquely challenging projects to fruition. She develops bespoke, data-driven processes that transform ambitious digital models into coordinated, buildable systems, ensuring even the boldest designs can be realized.

    Gillian’s work is defined by both technical rigor and practical insight, enabling teams to make faster, more confident decisions throughout the project lifecycle. She brings a strategic mix of design curiosity, technical mastery, and forward-thinking problem-solving to her role as Director of Special Projects, helping clients unlock efficiencies and deliver exceptional results on even the most demanding projects.

    Previously, Gillian served as Computational Design Manager at Martin Bros and as a Digital Design Consultant at Gehry Technologies. She holds a Master's in Architecture from the Harvard Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from McGill University.

  • Holly Hodkiewicz

    Senior Project Consultant

    Holly Hodkiewicz brings a unique blend of creative design thinking and technical precision to her role as Senior Project Consultant. With professional experience in both architecture and computational design, she is passionate about exploring the intersection of natural systems and digital tools, using parametric strategies to transform complex ideas into clear, buildable solutions.

    Her work focuses on the construction and fabrication of intricate projects, leveraging computational methods to bridge the gap between concept and realization. With a systems-oriented mindset, Holly sees elegance in organization, whether in nature, architecture, or data, and applies that perspective to clarify complexity, strengthen workflows, and maintain design integrity from concept to completion. She combines curiosity, rigor, and collaboration to drive innovation and project success.

    Holly holds a Master of Architecture from the California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Design in Architecture from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities.

  • Paul Aicher

    Technical Project Consultant

    Paul Aicher brings a unique combination of creative technology and industrial design precision to complex projects. He specializes in translating innovative concepts into buildable realities, leveraging a curiosity-driven approach with advanced parametric tools and emerging fabrication methods. This enables him to bridge the gap between digital potential and physical execution.

    He applies this rigorous, hands-on approach to the technical delivery of bespoke projects in his role as Technical Project Consultant. Drawing on his background to refine workflows, he also enhances site analysis and visualization as the team’s licensed drone pilot, adding a critical perspective and layer of information to the design and construction process.

    Paul holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. His prior experience spans a range of industries, from automotive design and robotics to fine art, informing his adaptable approach to technical challenges.
